Guest refund policy
If the host cancels a reservation, the money will go to guest wallet. Guests can either use the payment amount to a new Jelsat reservation or can request a refund.
Cancellation Policy
Jelsat protects both parties, hosts and guests. Therefore, Jelsat provides four levels of cancellation policy that hosts can choose from when they decide to list their property. Guests must agree to the host cancellation policy when they make a reservation.
1. Flexible
Flexible Cancellation Policy allows guests to cancel up to 24 hours prior to arrival and receive a full refund. If the cancellation is requested less than 24 hours before the check-in time, the first night will not be refunded. However, the guest will receive a refund of accommodation fees for any remaining nights. Jelsat booking fees are not refunded.
2. Moderate
Moderate Cancellation Policy allows guests to cancel up to 3 days prior to arrival date and receive a full refund. If a guest decides to cancel less than 3 days before check-in then the first night is not refunded, however, he will receive 50% of accommodation fees for any remaining nights. Jelsat booking fees are not refunded.
3. Strict
Strict Cancellation Policy allows guests to cancel up to 7 days prior to check-in date and receive a full refund. If the guest cancels less than 7 days before check-in, no refund will be given. Jelsat booking fees are not refunded.
4. Non refundable
Non refundable cancellation policy: Allows guests to cancel the reservation but booking fees is non-refundable
